The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Uzbekistan is launching a unique online project aimed at developing ecotourism in Uzbekistan with the efforts and ideas of the people themselves.
We invite you to participate in an open online discussion where the following topics will be addressed:
"People’s Map": What hidden places in your region deserve to become tourist attractions?
Infrastructure Priorities: What needs to be built or created first—trails, campsites, information centers?
Responsible Approach: How can we prevent littering and protect nature from anthropogenic pressure?
Community Involvement: How can local residents benefit from ecotourism (guides, guesthouses, sale of local products)?
Your suggestions will form the basis of the Ministry’s pilot program for ecotourism development!
