From 1 May 2023, individuals included in the "Unified Register of Social Protection" will be refunded the amount of VAT (social cacheback) at the rate of 12% when purchasing certain goods at retail outlets instead of the cacheback of 1% of the purchase amount.

In the first quarter of this year, 168,146 consumers were paid almost 19.7 billion soums of social cacheback.
