❌ What action will be taken against officials who forced their employees to vote in the process?

According to paragraph 6 of Presidential Decree No. PP-117, within the framework of proactive budgeting processes, management personnel of budgetary organizations are prohibited from giving instructions to employees for compulsory collection of votes. It is classified as forced labor.

According to Article 5 of the Labor Code, forced labor is prohibited. Under Article 51 of the CAO, administrative coercion to labor in any form entails a fine of 50 to 100 times the amount of the basic calculation.

If the same act is committed repeatedly or in relation to a minor, it is punishable under Article 1482 of the Criminal Code.
