Biography
She was born in 1973 in the Namangan district. She received her secondary education at the Hamid Alimdjan School, graduating with honors. In 1990, she entered the Faculty of Philosophy at Tashkent State University, where she studied until 1996, after which she continued her academic training in postgraduate studies. In 2003, at the Ibrahim Muminov Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, she defended her dissertation in the specialty "Social Psychology and Sociology" and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Sociological Sciences. In 2005, she completed training at the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
She began her professional career in 1990 as the principal of Secondary School No. 28, and later taught history and social studies at Schools No. 30 and No. 35. In 1994–1995, she headed the Youth Sports School No. 29 in the Kasansay district. From 1995 to 1996, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Philosophy of Tashkent State University, and from 1996 to 2001 she taught at the Nabi Ganiev Tashkent Cinema Technical College.
Since 2001, she has been associated with the Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT), working as an assistant at the Department of Philosophy, later becoming head of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment. In 2009–2010, she headed departments at the State Institute of Arts of Uzbekistan and at TUIT, and in 2010–2011 she served as head of the methodological center and acting vice-rector for spiritual and moral education. From 2011 to 2021, she headed the Department for Work with Youth, Spirituality, and Enlightenment at TUIT.
In 2021, she joined the Agency for the Development of Presidential, Creative, and Specialized Schools under the Ministry of Education, where she led the Department of Spiritual-Enlightenment Education and Psychological Support. Later, from 2021 to 2023, she served as an advisor to the director of presidential educational institutions on improving the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work and compliance with the state language law. From 2023 to 2024, she was Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Enlightenment Directions at the “New Uzbekistan” University, and in 2024 served as an advisor to the director of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions.
On May 7, 2025, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan and simultaneously Rector of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. Since July 31, 2025, she has headed the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
She is the author of more than 40 scientific articles, as well as a textbook and a monograph.
