Biography
Born on June 17, 1974, in Tashkent.
Graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in Economics.
Earned a master’s degree from Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
Employment:
1993–1996 — began his career in various positions at Ipak Yuli Bank.
1996–2004 — Chief Specialist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Head of the Tashkent Representative Office of Berliner Bank AG, and Head of Department at Uzsanoatqurilishbank.
2004–2008 — Head of the Finance, Economy, and Foreign Economic Relations Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2008–2012 — Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Management of State Property.
2012–2014 — Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Antimonopoly Policy.
2014–2017 — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2017–2018 — Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development.
2018–2021 — Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Head of the Social Sector, Education, and Health Complex.
2020–2021 — Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development.
2021–2022 — Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2022 — Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
