What support programs (grants, olympiads, quotas) exist for talented applicants from the regions to enable them to study at the country's top universities?
To support talented youth from the regions, a quota system for admission to prestigious universities is in place. Winners and prize-winners of republican and international olympiads have the right to non-competitive enrollment. The 'Istе'dod' (Talent) Foundation also operates, providing grants to gifted students.

How is the Ministry helping graduates find their first job? Will programs for internships and practical training with real companies be expanded?
With the support of the Ministry, Graduate Employment Assistance Centers are being established in every region. We are actively developing the 'Trainee' program, within which over 500 enterprises provide graduates with internship placements followed by employment. Job fairs are also held annually at all major universities in the country.

Work is currently underway to optimize contract tuition costs for socially vulnerable segments of the population. For students from low-income families, in addition to state grants, there are material support programs from the universities themselves, as well as the possibility of obtaining an educational loan on preferential terms.
